Linux--Sourcemod
You can simply disable specific functions by throwing a plugin in:
/addons/sourcemod/plugins into the disabled folder.
If metamod does not load you might wanna check the file:
addons/metamod.vdf
and change the line to end in server.dll (windows) or server_i486 (linux)
To open the admin menu
bind a key to sm_admin
example: bind = sm_admin

Pack 1.2 for CS:S
To install simply copy all the files from the right directories as below:
- Copy all files from addons to your addons dir (ex. cstrike/addons)
- Copy all files from sound to your sound dir (ex. cstrike/sound)
- Copy all files from cfg to your cfg dir (ex. cstrike/cfg)
This pack includes:
- Basic admin functionality: slap, slay, ban, kick etc.
- Basic controls: like votemap, nextmap, ff, voteban, votekick, timeleft
- Funcommands
- Advertisements: to show ingame ads (on chat or left top)
- ATAC: Advanced Team Attack Control manager
- Half Time Teamswap: Switches teams at half time
- HLStatsX 2.8: HLstatsX ingame plugin
- HP Left: Basic damage stats when the player dies
- High Ping Kicker: Kick players if above a certain Ping
- Knifemug: Knife mugging, knife a player and get $$
- Mapchooser: Allow end of mapvotes and rockthevote
- Quake Sounds: Quake sounds
- Server Redirect: Allow !swapme for players to switch to another server
- Reserved slots
- Weapon Restrict: very simple weapon restriction: sm_restrict awp
- Spray tag tracking
- Team Balance: Auto balance teams
- Betting: Allow players to bet when they are dead (bet t all etc)
- Teamspeak/Vent plugin: Allow players to join a TS or Vent server by typing !ts or !vent
- Teamswitch manager: Allow the admin to switch players
- Unconnected kicking: Kick players that are 'unconnected' mostly hackers
- Weapon Logging: Add extra logging for stats systems like HLStatsX and Psychostats
Configuration files to edit in addonssourcemodconfigs
- adminmenu_maplist.ini : this includes the maps for voting
- admins_simple.ini : this is the basic setup for admins, add each of your admins in here with the right flags
- advertisements.txt : change the default values to your likings or delete the ones you want to remove
- quakesoundslist.cfg : default values should be good but if you want you can change it to your likings
- redirect_servers.cfg : for the !swapme command, to allow players to change to another server easily

- hpk_lite.cfg : edit the max ping values
- knifemug.cfg : edit knifemug settings

- restrict_weapons.cfg : the name says it all
- rtv.cfg : extra rtv settings

- sm_teambalance.cfg : teambalance settings
- sourcemod.cfg : all the default sourcemod settings
- teambets.cfg : bet settings
Optional:
- addonssourcemodconfigsadminmenu_custom.cfg : to add / remove extra admin menu options
- addonssourcemodconfigsdatabases.cfg : if you want to use sourcebans to define your admins remotely
- addonssourcemodconfigsvoiceserverteamspeak.cfg : define your teamspeak server so people can join from ingame
- soundadmin_pluginactions: replace the welcome-to-sf with your own (as welcome sound)
If you are done editting just restart your server and everything should work!
