CT Seal Pack *New vgui

I used only one model, of the reason because some players confuse with CT's and T' when there are different models, so I find this useful to change only the skin. In some cases this confusion causes Teamkilling. The skins are made by valve, from the CZ:DS, I just made them for downloading, insted of you have to do it by your own.
