Working wees!

This is the fnp on eviltiki's usp animations. I hacked on a rail and a compensator along with some sights. It also includes wees and buypix. I didn't know what to call it so it's just Compact Pistol. I was originally trying to make a good fiveseven, but when I had it compiled and all that, i realized it would make a much better usp. I'll probably put it on more animations later. Don't use this hack without my permission please.
